5:30 PM - 6:15 PM	Hatha Yoga - Yoga in the Park (Summer 2025) Hatha yoga is mainly composed of breathing, stretching, and relaxation. The postures are easy to practice, yet powerful, and can be done by people of all ages and physical conditions. Classes will be led by a certified instructor, Amy Capobianco. Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat (or flat blanket), towel, and water.

10:45 AM - 11:30 AM	A Step Ahead Soccer - Soccer: First Step A Step Ahead Soccer's unique approach to preschool education through interactive storytelling and physical activities will give your child a significant advantage in both academics and athletics. The program focuses on making learning extremely enjoyable and thoroughly captivating.By helping Smart Scott, the Soccer-bot (our soccer ball) on his exciting adventures, children enhance their attention spans, imagination, and ability to follow instructions. Moreover, this approach ensures that children not only have a great time but also retain the skills they acquire.A full uniform (jersey, shorts, socks) is included in the registration fee. All players will also receive a medal and stickers. Children may wear sneakers or cleats. Shin guards are recommended but not required.
