Fee Schedule
All events, regardless of size or type, will be charged a $100 security deposit. This deposit is refundable after the event date provided that the property is left in clean, undamaged condition.

In addition to the security deposit, a rental fee will be charged based on estimated attendance and event type:
  1. Non-Profit; 1-49 Persons in Attendance = $50
  2. Non-Profit; 50-99 Persons in Attendance = $75
  3. Non-Profit; 100+ Persons in Attendance = $150
  4. For-Profit Events (All) = $250

All Non-Profit events that are open to the public with unlimited attendance will be charged the maximum $150 rental fee. Rental fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled in its entirety and the Recreation Department is notified in advance.
